Aadarsh Builders Construction Company was started with two partners, Deraiya Abdul bhai and Narola Pravin bhai with equal partnership. Narola Pravinbhai was already in the business of construction since 1998 in Surat and surrounding areas. Deraiya Abdulbhai is an industrialist of Gujarat since 1995. Both partners coming from same native place, they started new company under the name of Aadarsh Builders with a long vision especially for spread of the Construction business across the India and abroad.

The company aims to develop the Residential, Commercial and Industrial building projects as well as IT Buildings and village projects as per needs of upcoming demand of IT infrastructure in Gujarat and India.

The company started first project of Residential Row house and Plots at Olpad, Surat since 2010 under the name of Aman Park. Today the company are starting new project at same location of Olpad, under the name of Aman Park 2, planning to cover around 3 lakes sq. ft area of land. 2BHK to 5 BHK Row houses, Villas and few Big house plans. Over 219 units with Ibadatgah, party plots along with landscaped garden facilities.. The company is going to start another river front luxurious Residential projects very soon with the name of Marina Homes in same areas of Olpad. Its drawing 190 Unit with full amenities and Landscape garden.

Another project the company is going to start is of around 1 lakh sq. feet IT building nearby Daman area very soon. Aadarsh builders has been envisaged and incorporated as developers, persistently endowing in amplifying and diversifying analytical business with intensely handling and constructing major projects ranging from residential apartments, bungalows, residential plots, commercial properties and shopping centers. The company is renowned for its commitment, development and timely execution of services with quality, strength & dedication. The company have a MOU with Govt. of Gujarat under Vibrant Gujarat 2011, projected amount is 1100 cr. of Urban development scheme. The company goal is to reach the top 10 Builders across Gujarat, India.
